Loes reported to me as project leader for Cool@Work (an educational project linked to the Alcohol & Work Policy at Heineken). Her tasks involved organising information sessions for some 5,000 employees across 29 locations, in consultation with external advisers and the Health and Safety Service. Furthermore, she was responsible for project communication and she managed the project budget. I got to know Loes as an excellent self-starter and a decisive organiser who doesn’t leave any loose ends. When the educational project came to an end, I recommended Loes as Communications Coordinator for the chain optimisation project STAR Chain. She got that job.
